Please only buy ROCKEY from reputated site
Hi all ROCKEY dongle user,
Again today i hear a bad news, i am worry for this victim and now is my customer, he told me that this before he is purchase the ROCKEY dongle from the aXiXxpress site, a reputated site which can protect the consumer benefit to ensure the order will be arrive with right item , the company (store) that he purchase dongle from is sell many IT stuff in the site, not a professional site nor with a company registered address. this thus far he had no problem to get the stock but what worry me is he may share the dongle password with many others company/software developer he might not know. The dongle password to him is not unique, and other can actually buy the dongle belong to his company. This is because if not an authorize seller, just a trader, then the trader might buy the dongle in bulk quantity but under 1 ID then distribute and sell to other, this make the dongle feature which each set of password is unique become meaningless.
I had advise him to upgrade his security by changing the dongle model if possible, dongle password, upgrade the software if possible a major upgrade with new dongle, slowly upgrade his recorded client with new dongle, as he doesn't know whether his password is share with others. Also upgrade and enhance the algorithms used, so this my client a bit relax and hopefully his software is safe.
